We are a generalist agency recruiting for positions from junior level up to management positions. We enjoy the variety these different types of positions bring and as a result we choose not to specialize in a specific industry. We have successfully recruited candidates for accounting positions, reception, secretarial, IT, HR, Production, artisans, engineering positions, risk and safety, etc. Our client base include large FMCG companies, engineering firms, manufacturing concerns, mining industry, freight forwarding companies, asset management companies, companies in the motor as well as in the service industry. We are able to recruit throughout the whole of South Africa, with one branch in Gauteng and another in the Western Cape.

PRECISION

All our candidates will be interviewed prior to referring to a client, and in a case where the candidate can not be interviewed because of geographical difficulty; a telephonic interview will be held. Reference checks as far as possible will be included in all our CV’s. Candidates working with money will have credit checks done. Should you require criminal checks, qualifications to be validated, driver licenses checked or any other check you deem necessary, it can be arranged. CV’s will be presented with information supplied by the candidate with as much possible information as required by the law. All checks are done with candidate’s consent. If you have specific requirements with regards to the presentation of our CV’s, please feel free to ask and your comments will be accommodated. Consultant’s comments will be included detailing the position the candidate is applying for, present salary as well as salary requirements. Reasons for referring the candidate with specific reference to how the candidate meets the minimum requirements of the job specification will be highlighted. No candidates will be referred without their prior knowledge and permission.

Managed by Marinda Haynes, BA Hons in Industrial Sociology (UP) and member of the Institute of Personnel Services Consultants, with 23 years recruitment experience. Anna Nel contact candidates to update their CV’s regularly and handles our checklists as well as regretting candidates. Monet Haynes is a junior Recruitment Consultant and handles all our admin, reference checking and client admin outsourcing. Gloria Mohale is a junior Recruitment Consultant and also types CV’s on Rapid Recruit. Karen Serfontein manages our Rapid Recruit* database, and types all our CV’s. Gugu Mbatha is responsible for our switchboard, reception and arranges all our interviews and appointments. Yvonne Myeni is responsible for all filing, assists with our database and relief switchboard.
